Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Lite is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 5z, having a 79.5 score against 75.3. The Huawei P40 Lite construction is newer, but just a little bit heavier and thicker than Asus ZenFone 5z. Asus ZenFone 5z features a bit sharper display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2246, it also counts with a just a little better pixel amount per inch of screen.
The Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 256 GB internal storage. Asus ZenFone 5z features a little better performance than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 Lite takes greater videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a same size aperture, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a way larger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality videos and photographs.
The Huawei P40 Lite counts with longer battery life than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, the Huawei P40 Lite is also a lot cheaper.
