LG Q8 is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 5z, getting a score of 77.2 against 75.3. Although LG Q8 is older and a little thicker than Asus ZenFone 5z, it's design is still somewhat lighter. Asus ZenFone 5z has a little faster processor than LG Q8, because it has 4 GB more RAM and a higher number of faster cores.
The LG Q8 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same display brightness, the LG Q8 also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a greater count of pixels per inch in the display. The LG Q8 takes way better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone 5z, although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a tinier sensor which offers a worse photo and video quality, they both have a F1.8 camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 video resolution.
The Asus ZenFone 5z features a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than LG Q8, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has 256 GB internal memory. Asus ZenFone 5z has just a little bit longer battery performance than LG Q8, because it has a 10 percent greater battery capacity.
