Moto Z3 is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 5z, having a 77.6 score against 75.3. The Moto Z3 is a just a bit lighter and a little thinner cellphone than the Asus ZenFone 5z, even when both were released only 2 months apart. Asus ZenFone 5z features a little better performance than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Asus ZenFone 5z has just a bit better looking display than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same count of pixels per inch of screen, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2246px and a little bit larger screen. Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a much better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto Z3, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has more internal storage capacity.
The Moto Z3 takes greater videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 5z, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photography, worse 30 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier back-facing camera sensor, they both have the same (4K) video quality. The Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a little longer battery life than Moto Z3, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
In addition to being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Moto Z3 is also by far the cheapest one.
