The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is much better than Asus ZenFone 5z's overall score of 75.3. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is newer than the Asus ZenFone 5z's, but it's incredibly heavier and thicker. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little sharper display than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a better 1440 x 3200px resolution, a bit bigger display and more pixels per inch of display.
The Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because it has 128 GB more internal storage and a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone 5z, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM.
