Comparison review
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a score of 80.1, which is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5z's overall score of 75.3. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro construction is newer, but noticeably thicker and way heavier than the Asus ZenFone 5z. Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a little more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per screen inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Asus ZenFone 5z features a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because it has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Asus ZenFone 5z has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have 8 cores, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Galaxy XCover FieldPro takes much better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone 5z, and although they both have a same size sensor, the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Galaxy XCover FieldPro also has a bigger diafragm aperture. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has better battery performance than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a 36 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Asus ZenFone 5z, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Asus ZenFone 5z. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy Asus ZenFone 5z, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
