Comparison review
The Sony Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is a lot better than the Asus ZenFone 5z's overall score of 75.3. Sony Xperia 5 III's body is a lot newer than Asus ZenFone 5z's, but it is a little thicker and just a bit heavier. The Asus ZenFone 5z has a little more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 5 III, because although it has a bit less pixels per screen inch and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2246, it also counts with a bit larger screen.
The Xperia 5 III and Asus ZenFone 5z both feature extremely similar processors, both of them have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processor. Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a bit bigger storage to store more games and applications than Sony Xperia 5 III, and although they both have the same 256 GB internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Xperia 5 III captures greater videos and photos than Asus ZenFone 5z, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xperia 5 III also has a larger aperture to take better photography in low light environments, a way larger sensor providing a much higher image quality and better 120 fps video frame rate.
The Sony Xperia 5 III has improved battery duration than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
