Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5z, having an 82.3 score against 75.3. Although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 is newer than the Asus ZenFone 5z, it's thicker and somewhat heavier. Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a little bit lower pixels density, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2246 and a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit more display brightness.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with a CPU that is just as good as the Asus ZenFone 5z one, they have 8 GB of RAM and 8 processing cores. The Asus ZenFone 5z features a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 counts with superior battery performance than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 captures much better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 5z, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a same size camera aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
