Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is much better than Asus ZenFone 5z, having an 86.6 score against 75.3. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 design is newer, but much thicker and heavier than the Asus ZenFone 5z. Asus ZenFone 5z features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a little smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2246px, it also counts with a just a bit better pixel density.
Asus ZenFone 5z has a superior storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB and more internal memory. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 and Asus ZenFone 5z have similar processing units, both of them have a 8 GB RAM memory and 8 processing cores.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a much longer battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a 43% more battery size. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 captures much better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 5z, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same 60 fps video frame rates and a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a way better image and video quality.
