Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a general score of 80.3, which is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 5z's general score of 75.3. Although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is better than the Asus ZenFone 5z, it must be told that it is also a a bit thicker and heavier device. Asus ZenFone 5z counts with a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Asus ZenFone 5z also has more RAM memory.
The Asus ZenFone 5z has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2246px, a little smaller display and a just a bit lower amount of pixels per screen inch. The Asus ZenFone 5z has a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 takes way better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone 5z, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and a same size camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has higher video frame rates and a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 counts with longer battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 5z, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
