Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), having a 79.5 score against 77.8. Huawei Mate 20's body is just a bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), even though both of them were only released 7 months apart. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate 20 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has Android 11 version.
Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit better screen than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because although it has a little bit lower pixel amount per display inch and a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2244, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a same size aperture, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has better video frame rate, a back camera with a lot higher resolution and a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features a way bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has better battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Huawei Mate 20 costs a bit more money than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
