Motorola razr (2020) is better than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), with a overall score of 87 against 77.8. These phones use the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. The Motorola razr (2020) design is newer and somewhat thinner than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s, although it's a little heavier.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features just a little better hardware performance than Motorola razr (2020), although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a little sharper display than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a little higher 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little larger display and a quite better display pixels density.
Motorola razr (2020) has a slightly better camera than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because although it has lower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have a 48 megapixels camera in the back, the same back-facing camera sensor size and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola razr (2020) also counts with a bigger aperture.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), resigning a couple features and specifications.
