The Galaxy A42 has a general score of 87, which is better than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s 77.8 general score. Galaxy A42's construction is newer and a little bit thinner, but also a little bit heavier than the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019). These phones include the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both should provide the user very similar operating system features.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a little faster CPU than Galaxy A42, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a larger amount of RAM. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much greater pixel density and a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2340.
The Galaxy A42 has slightly more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal memory.
