Xperia XZ2 Compact has a score of 79, which is a little bit better than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s 77.8 global score. Even though the Xperia XZ2 Compact is older and incredibly thicker than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), it's design is still lighter. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia XZ2 Compact has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version and Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has Android 11.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact has a more vivid display than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because although it has a really smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160px, it also counts with a just a bit higher screen pixel density. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a bit faster processing unit than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a little bit better camera than Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a bigger camera sensor which offers a higher image and video quality, a back camera with way more MP and a bigger aperture to take better photography in poorly lited environments.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia XZ2 Compact, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ2 Compact, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 2870mAh.
