The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, having a 77.8 score against 77.5. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019)'s design is newer and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2's, but it's somewhat thicker. The Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) counts with a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a little bit more pixels per inch of screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) features just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has more RAM memory. Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) takes much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video quality, the Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) also has a way larger sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality, faster 60 fps video frame rates, a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low light photography.
Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) has a better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has just a bit longer battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), because it has a 5300mAh battery size instead of 5000mAh.
Although Asus ZenFone 6 (2019) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi Max 2. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Asus ZenFone 6 (2019), but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, letting go some features and specifications.
