Asus ZenFone 7 Pro is much better than the Galaxy Note3, with an 88.3 score against 77.7. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Asus ZenFone 7 Pro has older 11 version and Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
