Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has an overall score of 91.5, which is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone 7 Pro's 88.3 score. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer is a way newer cellphone, and it's also a little lighter and a little thinner than the Asus ZenFone 7 Pro. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a more recent 12 version while Asus ZenFone 7 Pro has Android 11, providing the user some additional features.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer has a bit better screen than Asus ZenFone 7 Pro, and although they both have a better quantity of pixels per display inch, an equal 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a screen of the same size, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has more screen brightness. Asus ZenFone 7 Pro has longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer, because it has a 16% bigger battery size.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer takes better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone 7 Pro, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Explorer also has a back facing camera with a way better resolution, a bigger diafragm aperture and a bigger sensor shooting higher quality pictures.
