Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 7's overall score of 83.9. Although Huawei P40 Pro and Asus ZenFone 7 were only released 5 months apart, Huawei P40 Pro is a little thinner and a little lighter. These phones have Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 Pro has an older 10 version and Asus ZenFone 7 has Android 11.
The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a processing unit that is very similar to Asus ZenFone 7's CPU, and although the Huawei P40 Pro has 2 GB more RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Asus ZenFone 7 has a little bit better screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and a quite worse amount of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a bit bigger display.
The Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenFone 7 also has a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Huawei P40 Pro shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light photos and videos, a camera in the back with lot less MP resolution and a lot worse 3840x2160 video quality, it also counts with a way larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality photos.
Asus ZenFone 7 counts with improved battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 19% greater battery size.
