The Asus ZenFone 7 has a global score of 83.9, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 Pro's global score of 77.2. Despite being the best device in our current comparison, we must highlight that it is also a thicker and heavier device. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a better looking display than Asus ZenFone 7, because it has a higher display density, much more brightness, a higher 1440 x 3168 resolution and a bit larger display.
The Asus ZenFone 7 counts with a much better memory for apps and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 7 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Asus ZenFone 7 and OnePlus 8 Pro feature very similar processors, and although the OnePlus 8 Pro has more RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The OnePlus 8 Pro shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 7, because although it has a much worse video quality and a camera with lot less MP resolution, and they both have the same aperture, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with a larger camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos.
Asus ZenFone 7 has just a little bit longer battery performance than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4510mAh.
