Comparison review
Asus ZenFone 7 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, getting a global score of 83.9 against 75.7. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ZenFone 7 has older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12. The Asus ZenFone 7 is a noticeably older, somewhat heavier and thicker device than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with just a bit better looking display than Asus ZenFone 7, and although they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a screen with the same size and a greater number of pixels per inch in the display, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a brighter screen.
The Asus ZenFone 7 has a much bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Asus ZenFone 7 also has a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone 7 has a much greater hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. They have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cores.
Asus ZenFone 7 features just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor offering a worse image quality, it also counts with a much higher resolution camera, a much better video resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photography and video.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's battery performance is very similar to the battery performance in Asus ZenFone 7.
