Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is a little bit better than the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, getting an 87.4 score against 85.5. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has 10 version while Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has Android 11. Even being the best device in this review, we must note that it is also older, a little thicker and a bit heavier.
The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip and the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition both count with similar displays, and although the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a quite lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little bit smaller screen and a just a little less pixels per screen inch, they both have the same brightness.
Asus ZenFone 8 Flip features a much greater storage for apps and games than Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 2 TB. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition has a little faster processor than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip. They have the same RAM amount and 8 cpu cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition counts with improved battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, because it has a 20 percent more battery size. Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip. Both have a same size sensor, the same 7680x4320 video resolution, a back camera with a 64 megapixels, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same aperture.
