Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has a score of 85.5, which is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone 8's 79.5 overall score. These phones work with Android operating system, but Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version. The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip construction is way older, a little bit heavier and a bit thicker than the Asus ROG Phone 8.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a slightly better screen than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, because although it has a little bit lower pixel count in each inch in the screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Asus ROG Phone 8 also counts with a bit larger display and a way brighter display. Asus ZenFone 8 Flip counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 8, because although it has just 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 2 TB.
The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip features a lot better processing power than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 has a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, because although it has a back facing camera with way less mega-pixels resolution, a lower video resolution and a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low light photography, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor.
Asus ROG Phone 8 has a little better battery duration than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.
