Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is slightly better than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, getting a score of 88.9 against 85.5. Even being the best in this review, we must highlight that it is also an older, a bit thicker and a little bit heavier device. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has the previous 10 version and Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has Android 11.
Asus ZenFone 8 Flip features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a way worse 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a little higher pixels number per screen inch. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a bit better CPU than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Asus ZenFone 8 Flip shoots much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a back camera with a way worse resolution, a much smaller camera sensor shooting way worse quality photos and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light images and videos, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a bit bigger storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage. Asus ZenFone 8 Flip features greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
