Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has an overall score of 88.2, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 8's general score of 83. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 Pro has 10 version and Asus ZenFone 8 has Android 11 version. The Huawei P40 Pro design has the same thickness than the Asus ZenFone 8, but it is somewhat heavier.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with a processor that is just as good as the Asus ZenFone 8 one, and although the Huawei P40 Pro has a greater amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the display.
The Huawei P40 Pro has a camera that is very similar to the camera in Asus ZenFone 8, because although the Huawei P40 Pro has a way less mega-pixels back facing camera, a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and a much lower 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a lot larger sensor which offers a way better photo and video quality.
Huawei P40 Pro and Asus ZenFone 8 both count with really similar storage to store more games and applications, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei P40 Pro features a little better battery duration than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
