The Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone 8, having an 83.8 score against 83. Although the Galaxy A50 is much older than the Asus ZenFone 8, it's design is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter. Asus ZenFone 8 has a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

Asus ZenFone 8 features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a quite greater pixels density and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy A50 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Asus ZenFone 8, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

The Galaxy A50 has a battery lifetime that is just as good as Asus ZenFone 8's battery performance. The Asus ZenFone 8 shoots a lot better photos and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels, a much better 7680x4320 video definition and a much bigger sensor which gives a way better image and video quality.
