The Asus ZenFone 8 has an overall score of 83, which is a bit better than the Galaxy XCover FieldPro's 80.1 global score. The Asus ZenFone 8 design is newer, extremely thinner and incredibly lighter than Galaxy XCover FieldPro. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ZenFone 8 has the older 11 version and Galaxy XCover FieldPro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a quite inferior amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a bit worse 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with a bigger screen.

Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro features a bit superior battery performance than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.

Asus ZenFone 8 features a lot better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs and/or video in low light environments, it also counts with a lot higher resolution back camera, a way better 7680x4320 video definition and a much bigger sensor.
