Comparison review
Asus ZenFone 8 is a little bit better than Xiaomi 12 Pro, with an 83 score against 79.6. Although Asus ZenFone 8 and the Xiaomi 12 Pro were released only 8 months apart, Asus ZenFone 8's body is lighter but just a little bit thicker than the Xiaomi 12 Pro. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone 8 has the older 11 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12 version.
Asus ZenFone 8 has an extremely better processor than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. Xiaomi 12 Pro features a bit sharper display than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has a little darker screen, it also counts with a bit larger display, a just a little more pixels per display inch and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro features just a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has a worse 7680x4320 video definition, a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video and a way worse resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro has as much memory capacity for games and applications as Asus ZenFone 8, both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi 12 Pro has just a little better battery life than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has a 15% more battery capacity.
