Comparison review
The Asus ZenFone 8 has an overall score of 83, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro's score of 82.7. Asus ZenFone 8's body has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, but it's somewhat lighter. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ZenFone 8 has 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has Android 10 version, providing a lot of extra features and performance optimizations.
The Asus ZenFone 8 features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px, way more screen brightness and a just a little more pixels per inch of display. The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro features a processor that's very similar to the CPU in Asus ZenFone 8, both have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM.
Asus ZenFone 8 captures slightly better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a much higher video definition, a bigger sensor providing a higher image quality and a much higher resolution camera in the back. The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro's storage capacity to store more apps and games is just as good as Asus ZenFone 8's one, both have equal internal storage.
The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and Asus ZenFone 8 have similar battery performance.
