Comparison review
The Asus ZenFone 8 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, having a global score of 83 against 78.2. Even though the Asus ZenFone 8 and Xiaomi Redmi 9T were released only a couple months apart, the Asus ZenFone 8 is somewhat lighter and a little bit thinner. Both phones we compare here use Android operating system, but the Asus ZenFone 8 has 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi 9T has Android 10.
The Asus ZenFone 8 counts with a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Asus ZenFone 8 has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel density and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T features more storage capacity to install games and applications than Asus ZenFone 8, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a really longer battery performance than Asus ZenFone 8, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
Asus ZenFone 8 captures much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
