Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 lite is a bit better than Asus Zenfone 9, having a 76.2 score against 72.6. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but Huawei Mate 20 lite has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version and Asus Zenfone 9 has Android 12, giving a lot of extra features and performance improvements. Huawei Mate 20 lite's design is thinner than the Asus Zenfone 9, although it is just a little heavier and was released 4 years before.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite features an extremely better processor than Asus Zenfone 9, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. Huawei Mate 20 lite features a little bit better screen than Asus Zenfone 9, because although it has a little bit worse number of pixels per inch in the display and a bit lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite has a greater memory for apps and games than Asus Zenfone 9, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 512 GB. Asus Zenfone 9 has a bit superior battery duration than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a 15 percent larger battery size.
Asus Zenfone 9 captures much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, it also counts with a lot better video quality and a lot higher 50 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.
