Huawei Mate 50E has a score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than the Asus Zenfone 9's general score of 72.6. Huawei Mate 50E comes with HarmonyOS 3 operating system, and Asus Zenfone 9 counts with Android 12 operating system. Although Huawei Mate 50E and the Asus Zenfone 9 were only released with a few months difference, the Huawei Mate 50E construction is heavier but thinner than the Asus Zenfone 9.
The Huawei Mate 50E has a much better performing processor than Asus Zenfone 9. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 CPU cores. The Huawei Mate 50E features a bit more vivid screen than Asus Zenfone 9, because although it has a just a bit lower display pixels density, it also counts with a quite larger screen and a bit higher 1224 x 2700 resolution.
Huawei Mate 50E counts with as much storage capacity for games and applications as Asus Zenfone 9, they have equal internal storage capacity. The Huawei Mate 50E has just a little bit longer battery duration than Asus Zenfone 9, because it has a 4 percent bigger battery size. Asus Zenfone 9 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 50E, although it has a lot smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photos and videos, they both have the same resolution back camera.
