Motorola edge is much better than the Asus Zenfone 9, getting an 89.6 score against 72.6. Despite being the best phone we compare here, the Motorola edge is an a lot older, a little bit thicker and heavier phone than Asus Zenfone 9. Both devices we are comparing here use Android operating system, but Motorola edge has an older 10 version while Asus Zenfone 9 has Android 12.
Motorola edge has just a bit better looking display than Asus Zenfone 9, because although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a bit worse pixels quantity per screen inch, it also counts with a bit bigger display. Motorola edge counts with a much more powerful processor than Asus Zenfone 9, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
The Asus Zenfone 9 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Motorola edge, because although it has a camera with a lot lower resolution and a smaller aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures and/or video in low light environments, it also counts with a much higher video definition and a larger sensor capturing higher quality pictures.
The Motorola edge counts with a very superior memory for games and applications than Asus Zenfone 9, because it has 128 GB more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola edge counts with just a bit longer battery duration than Asus Zenfone 9, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
