Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is just a bit better than Asus Zenfone 9, having a general score of 75.8 against 72.6. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is older and just a little heavier than the Asus Zenfone 9, it's construction is still thinner. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Asus Zenfone 9 has Android 12 version, providing the user a couple nice extra features and performance enhancements.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has a bit better display than Asus Zenfone 9, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of screen and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2160, it also counts with a little bigger display. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features a much better hardware performance than Asus Zenfone 9, although it has lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Asus Zenfone 9 counts with a way better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has a lot more megapixels back facing camera, a bigger aperture and a much better video quality. Asus Zenfone 9 features a slightly bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus Zenfone 9 counts with just a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
