Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is better than the Asus ZenFone Max (M2)'s 71.6 global score. Despite being the best in this comparison review, Huawei Mate 20's body is a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Asus ZenFone Max (M2). These phones have the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System).
The Huawei Mate 20 features just a bit better processing power than Asus ZenFone Max (M2). Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core CPU. The Huawei Mate 20 features a much more vibrant display than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because it has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels, a little larger screen and a higher display pixel density.
The Asus ZenFone Max (M2) counts with a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 20's battery lifetime is very similar to the Asus ZenFone Max (M2) one.
Huawei Mate 20 captures clearer photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), although it has a back-facing camera with lesser mega pixels resolution and a lower (4K) video resolution, they both have a same size camera aperture.
