Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is much better than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), with a score of 85.2 against 71.6. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is better than the Asus ZenFone Max (M2), it must be noted that it is also a somewhat heavier and just a little thicker device. The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a brighter screen than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), and although they both have a display of the same size, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a way higher 1080 x 2220 resolution and a higher display density.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) has a bit faster processor than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a greater amount of RAM. Asus ZenFone Max (M2) features just a bit more storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) shoots better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a bigger aperture for better photography and videos in low-light situations and a back camera with lot more mega pixels.
