The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is much better than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), having a overall score of 98.9 against 71.6. Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is newer than the Asus ZenFone Max (M2), it is a bit thicker and notably heavier. Both phones we are comparing here have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie.
