The Galaxy Note 3 is much better than the Asus ZenFone Max (M2), getting a global score of 81.2 against 71.6. Despite being the best device we are comparing, Galaxy Note 3 is a noticeably older, just a little thicker and a little heavier device than Asus ZenFone Max (M2). Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has the previous 5.0 version and Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a much better looking screen than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 1920 x 1080 resolution and a better screen density. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a bit better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a graphics processor.

Asus ZenFone Max (M2) counts with a way bigger storage for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the Asus ZenFone Max (M2) also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with just a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light photos and video, they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, a camera with a 13 megapixels and the same video resolution.

Asus ZenFone Max (M2) features improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery size.
