The Galaxy Note 4 has a score of 81.6, which is better than Asus ZenFone Max (M2)'s 71.6 score. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 4 has the previous 5.0 version while Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie. Although it's the best device in this comparison, Galaxy Note 4's body is older, a little heavier and just a bit thicker than the Asus ZenFone Max (M2).
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with an incredibly better looking display than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440. The Asus ZenFone Max (M2) features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.

Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has superior battery performance than Galaxy Note 4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with just a bit better camera than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a back facing camera with a higher 16 mega pixels resolution.
