The Galaxy Note7 is much better than the Asus ZenFone Max (M2), getting a global score of 79.5 against 71.6. Galaxy Note7's construction is incredibly older, just a little bit thicker and just a little heavier than Asus ZenFone Max (M2). Samsung Galaxy Note7 features a sharper display than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a lot greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.

Asus ZenFone Max (M2) features a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note7, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Asus ZenFone Max (M2) also has a SD card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy Note7 counts with a processing unit that's just as good as Asus ZenFone Max (M2)'s processor, and although the Galaxy Note7 has less cpu cores (although they are faster), they both have 4 GB of RAM.

The Asus ZenFone Max (M2) counts with a little longer battery life than Galaxy Note7, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3500mAh. Samsung Galaxy Note7 features a little bit better camera than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a back-facing camera with less mega-pixels, it also counts with a bigger aperture.
