Galaxy S23 is a bit better than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), with a score of 77.9 against 71.6. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Galaxy S23 has the older 13 version while Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has a very superior hardware performance than Galaxy S23, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
Galaxy S23 has a bit sharper screen than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per display inch and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy S23, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone Max (M2), and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S23 also has a lot higher 50 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera. The Asus ZenFone Max (M2) has a bit better battery performance than Galaxy S23, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3900mAh.
