Huawei Mate 8 features a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). Both have a 4 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. The Huawei Mate 8's camera is just as good as the camera in Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although the Huawei Mate 8 has a bigger camera aperture to take better photos and videos in poorly lited situations, higher video frame rate and a better resolution camera in the back, they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality.
