The Motorola Edge (2022) is much better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), getting an 84.7 score against 73.1. These devices have Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge (2022) has the older 12 version while Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has Android 9.0 Pie. Motorola Edge (2022)'s construction is way newer, a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1).

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a little bit better display than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2160 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher quantity of pixels per screen inch. Motorola Edge (2022) has just a bit better performance than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have 8 cores, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has more RAM.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Edge (2022) counts with a much better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a back-facing camera with a lot higher resolution, a bigger aperture to take better captures and video in low light environments and higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) and Motorola Edge (2022) count with very similar batteries performance.

Although Motorola Edge (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
