Moto G84 is better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), getting an 80.9 score against 73.1. The Moto G84 is a a lot newer cellphone, and it's also noticeably lighter and a little bit thinner than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G84 has the older 13 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) counts with a much better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G84, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Moto G84 features a bit sharper screen than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2400px resolution, a way brighter screen, a bit more pixels per inch of screen and a little bit larger display.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) has a better storage capacity to install applications and games than Moto G84, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) and the Motorola Moto G84 feature similar batteries performance.
Motorola Moto G84 captures way better photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality, the Motorola Moto G84 also has better 60 frames per second video frame rate, a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better photos in low-light situations.
