Comparison review

Moto Z3 has a general score of 77.6, which is slightly better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1)'s 73.1 score. These devices come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Although the Moto Z3 and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) were released with only 4 months difference, the Moto Z3 is thinner and lighter.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) counts with a bit more vivid screen than Moto Z3. Both have the same number of pixels per inch in the screen, the same 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution and a screen with the same size. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) and the Moto Z3 have similar memory for games and applications, they have an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB and exactly the same internal storage.

The Moto Z3 features a little better processing power than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). Both of them have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) counts with a much better battery lifetime than Moto Z3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Moto Z3 has a slightly better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has a worse (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with less mega-pixels, it also counts with a larger aperture.

Although Motorola Moto Z3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
