Comparison review

The Galaxy Fold has an overall score of 97.6, which is a lot better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1)'s general score of 73.1. Both phones in our current comparison use the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding OS features. Although the Galaxy Fold is incredibly heavier than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), it's somewhat thinner and newer.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater display pixels density. The Galaxy Fold features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold features just a little better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Fold also has more RAM. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) features a bit better battery performance than Galaxy Fold, because it has a 5000mAh battery size instead of 4380mAh.

Galaxy Fold has a slightly better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), because although it has a worse video definition and a worse resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a way bigger aperture to take better captures in low light situations.

Although Samsung Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1). If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1), letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
