Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone 7 has a score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s global score of 77.4. Asus ROG Phone 7's design is newer than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s, although it's a lot heavier and thicker. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 7 has the older 13 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a much better performing processor than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a bit more vivid screen than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a little lower pixel amount in each inch of screen, a quite smaller screen and a lot worse resolution of 1080 x 2280.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a way better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because it has a camera in the back with much more mega pixels, a much better 7680x4320 video resolution and a way larger sensor providing a much better image quality. The Asus ROG Phone 7 counts with a little bit better memory capacity for games and applications than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 has better battery duration than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
