The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has a score of 85.5, which is much better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s overall score of 77.4. The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip body is way newer than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s, but it is extremely heavier and thicker. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has the previous 11 version while Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has a bit sharper screen than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a just a little less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a really brighter display and a bit larger display. The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip features a little bit more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 2 TB.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) and Asus ZenFone 8 Flip have incredibly similar batteries duration. The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip captures greater pictures and videos than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip also has a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution, a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a back camera with a much higher 64 MP resolution.
