Xiaomi Poco M3 has an overall score of 78.2, which is slightly better than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s 77.4 general score. The Xiaomi Poco M3 construction is newer, but thicker and heavier than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2). Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Poco M3 has older 10 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
