Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a little bit better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), getting a 79 score against 77.4. Even though the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is newer than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), it's heavier and just a little thicker. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has an older 11 version and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S's CPU is very similar to the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) one, and although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280px, it also counts with a bit higher pixel density.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a lot bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S and Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) both count with really similar battery performance, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a 5020mAh battery size against 5000mAh.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), and although they both have the same video resolution, the same video frame rate and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a much larger camera sensor taking way better quality photographs and videos and a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.
