Samsung Galaxy S III is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone Selfie, having a general score of 70 against 66. Samsung Galaxy S III's design is much lighter and much thinner than the Asus ZenFone Selfie. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S III has older 4.3 version and Asus ZenFone Selfie has Android 5.0.

The Asus ZenFone Selfie counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy S III, because it has a greater pixel density, a way higher 1920 x 1080 resolution and a bit larger screen. Asus ZenFone Selfie features a lot bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S III, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB, the Asus ZenFone Selfie also has 16 GB more internal memory.
