The Sony Xperia Z Ultra is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone Zoom, getting a 68.7 score against 62.7. Both phones in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia Z Ultra has 4.4 version and Asus ZenFone Zoom has Android 5.0. Sony Xperia Z Ultra's design is a lot thinner but somewhat heavier than Asus ZenFone Zoom.
The Sony Xperia Z Ultra has a very superior hardware performance than Asus ZenFone Zoom, although it has a lower amount of RAM and a worse 450 megahertz graphics processing unit, they both have the same number of cores. Xperia Z Ultra features a little more vivid screen than Asus ZenFone Zoom, because although it has a little bit worse count of pixels per screen inch, and they both have exactly the same 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Xperia Z Ultra also counts with a bigger screen.
The Asus ZenFone Zoom features much more storage capacity to install applications and games than Xperia Z Ultra, and although they both have an external SD slot that admits up to 64 GB, the Asus ZenFone Zoom also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. Asus ZenFone Zoom has a little bit better camera than Xperia Z Ultra, because it has a lot better 13 megapixels resolution back camera.
Sony Xperia Z Ultra counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Asus ZenFone Zoom, because it has a 3050mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Sony Xperia Z Ultra is also a lot cheaper.
